Racisms - Afrocolombians

This racism that still goes on in our country for indigenous or Afro-Colombians who face poverty, unemployment and education, need to finish and all the people we live and we want this country to progress, not only economically but socially we must be against the racist discrimination. We live in a country where we want the government to do everything and waited until we got tired, but it's time that us, the citizens make something and make people open their eyes. How is it possible that 42% of Afro-Colombians are unemployed because nobody will accept them? How is it possible that only 2 of 100 people have the opportunity to study? Also we can see that afro-colombians are more who die from lack of food. We need to make a huge change and join communities that are against this discrimination. We should make a difference and do everything possible or whatever is in our hands to make this country a better place.

We are all humans and we should have the same rights and opportunities.

  1. Hi Michelle! Unfortunately, racism is a reality in our country and I agree with you when you say: "(...) all the people we live and we want this country to progress, not only economically but socially we must be against the racist discrimination." The progress depends on us: the new generation, because we have the power to change minds through acts and words.
